Luxury Real Mayonnaise Smoked Salmon Bagel with Remoulade Salad

100g smoked salmon
Juice of ½ lemon
4 bagels, halved
120g cream cheese

1 tsp dill, chopped
Remoulade Salad
200g celeriac, grated
1 gherkin, chopped
1 tsp capers
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
Zest of 1/2 orange
150g Oasis Luxury Real Mayonnaise

Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl. Dress the salmon with a squeeze of lemon juice. Toast the bagel halves until golden brown. Spread cream cheese onto bottom half. Arrange the smoked salmon on top. Add a good spoonful of the remoulade salad, sprinkle with dill and replace top half of the bagel, ready to serve.

Extra Thick Real Mayonnaise Extra Juicy Burgers

450g minced beef
½ onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Oasis Extra Thick Real Mayonnaise
3 dashes TABASCO® Sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Dash of vegetable oil
4 brioche burger buns, halved
4 slices burger cheese
1 little gem lettuce, shredded
8 rashers streaky bacon
4 slices beef tomato
House of Lords BBQ Sauce

Mix the mince, onion, mayonnaise, TABASCO® Sauce, mustard and seasoning. Mould into four patties. Pre-heat oil in a pan over a med/high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5mins on each side until cooked, then top each with a slice of cheese and allow to melt. Grill the bacon. Toast the bun halves and spread mayonnaise on the bottom half. Layer the lettuce, tomato, burger and bacon. Generously drizzle with BBQ sauce, before replacing the bun on top.

Classic Mayonnaise Next Level Jacket Potatoes

4 jacket potatoes
200g cream cheese
4 rashers streaky bacon, cooked & chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
Salt & pepper
100g Oasis Classic Mayonnaise
200g cheddar cheese, grated

Cut the baked potato in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping the potato skins intact. Mash the potato flesh with the cream cheese. Add the bacon, spring onions and season to taste. Fill the potato skins with the potato mix. Mix the mayonnaise with grated cheese and spread over the top of the potato. Place under a pre-heated grill to glaze.

Light Mayonnaise Malay style Red Curry Skewers

2 tbsp red curry paste
Small pot of natural yogurt
2 chicken thighs, cut into 30mm dice
100g Oasis Light Mayonnaise
5g fresh ginger, grated
Fresh coriander, chopped
2 bamboo skewers
1 red onion, quartered
1 red pepper, cut into 30mm dice
2 naan breads
½ fresh mango, diced
Spring onion, chopped
Fresh coconut shavings

Combine the red curry paste with the yogurt and mix well. Add the diced chicken and stir before leaving to marinade in fridge for 2+ hours. Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water. Mix the Light mayonnaise, ginger and half of the coriander. Skewer the chicken, red onion and peppers, then grill or BBQ until cooked through. Warm the naan breads. Place the skewers, mango and spring onions on top. Drizzle with the mayonnaise dressing and garnish with coriander and coconut.

Garlic Mayonnaise Steak & Mushroom Baguette

8 cherry tomatoes
Red onion, sliced
Oyster mushrooms
4 minute steaks
4 sour dough baguettes
Oasis Garlic Mayonnaise

Slow roast the cherry tomatoes. Pan fry the red onion until soft. Add the oyster mushrooms and quickly stir fry. Sear the steaks on a hot grill and warm the baguette. Slice the steak and arrange into the baguette. Top with onion, mushroom and slow roasted tomatoes. Drizzle with Garlic mayonnaise and serve. Delicious with a watercress salad!

Coronation Mayonnaise Coronation Chicken Scotch Eggs

400g minced chicken
2 tbsp Oasis Coronation Mayonnaise
1 tbsp mango chutney
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
4 eggs, soft boiled
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp curry powder
2 eggs, whisked
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Mix the chicken mince, Coronation mayonnaise, mango chutney and parsley with enough breadcrumbs to create a 'dough'. Divide into 4 portions. Flatten the mix, place a soft-boiled egg on top and then form the mixture around it. Chill for 1 hour. Coat in curry powder seasoned flour, roll in whisked egg and coat in panko crumb. Deep fry briefly and finish in the oven.

Tikka Mayonnaise Chicken Goujon Tikka Roti's

1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 red chilli, thinly sliced into rings
3cm fresh garlic, peeled & grated
12 Harvest Farms Chicken Goujons
Mango chutney
4 roti flat breads, warmed
Fresh coriander
Oasis Tikka Mayonnaise

Fry the onions, garlic, chilli and ginger until softened and keep warm. Deep-fry the chicken goujons, drain well and keep warm. Spread mango chutney over each roti and place 3 chicken strips on top. Top with the onion mix and coriander. Drizzle over Tikka mayonnaise. Roll up and serve.

Mexican Mayonnaise Mexican Chicken Taco Boats

3 peppers (green, red & yellow), sliced into strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Fajita seasoning
20 Harvest Farms Pop in Chicken
1 avocado, diced
Juice of 1 lime
4 soft taco boats
100g tomato salsa
Oasis Mexican Mayonnaise
Chives, chopped

Pan-fry the peppers and onion until softened and add fajita seasoning to taste. Deep-fry the chicken, drain and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Mix the avocado with lime juice. Arrange the pepper mix into the base of the warm taco boats. Place 5 pieces of chicken on top. Spoon on the salsa and top with the avocado mix. Drizzle with Mexican mayonnaise and sprinkle chives on top.
